All modifications are created by Zarath Technologies and contain no external code or plagairised code.
All modifications that require a fee are copyrighted to Zarath Technologies and as such may NOT be distrubuted to anyone. They may, however, be used as much as the owner likes amongst the boards that that person owns. If anyone is caught sending out the modifications or has the modifications without purchasing them directly from us, you will be permanently banned from our site and will not recieve or have the ability to buy any more upgrades for any modifications we make.
All the modifications listed on this site have been extensively tested, and as such, we take no resposibility for any errors or corruptions of the your forums, and it's database that are caused by our modifications.
Continuing on that note, although the modifications have been extensively tested we are aware that bugs will appear from time to time through the code, and as such we offer free updates for any such bugs that appear.
Any extensive upgrades to a modification will result in a 20% fee of the original cost for the upgrade, this is to help prevent people stealing and trading the code.
As an incentive, if you do find someone giving out code and can report it, with proof, and give it to us; we will trade positions on the list, removing them and giving you their place. There after you will recieve all free updates they were supposed to get.
We claim no ownership or relation to phpBB.com, or any direct relation with the builders of the forum and as such, our modifications are not guarenteed to always work with future upgrades. As such, we will offer updated versions of the modifications for any versions that don't support them.
While we understand that these modifcations are fairly complex, we assume no responcibility for any damages caused to any forums they are installed on. The modifications are in full and work perfectly. We cannot be held responcible for any mistakes the users of the modifications make. As such, any costs raised or lost from the installation of the mods is not the responcibility of Zarath Technologies.
Saying that, if any errors occur within a modification or during the installation of a modification, we will do our best to help resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Copyrights within the modifications are compulsury. You may NOT remove these without the express permission of the modification writer. If any copyrights are removed from the modifications you purchase or use, you will automatically forfeit all rights to any future upgrades and purchasing may be refused in future situations. Not only that, but it is illegal to remove copyrights from anything you use and highly immoral.
